Oaksey Park
Contract Value: £2.1M
A development of 22 holiday lodges at the Cotswold Water Park. Awarded by the Building Research Establishment the highest Eco Excellence Award.
This attractive project is built alongside a golf course using traditional stone facades under Cotswold style stone slate roofs. These comfortably large residences offer attractive accommodation to the residents. Traditionally styled and yet modern, Oaksey offers the best of both worlds.
The project included the refurbishment and extension of the Golf Clubhouse.

Artigiano

Contract Value: £1M, Size: 11,000 ft2
Designed by The Manser Practice, winner of the national RIBA Award 2001, this premises was designed for a client with a tight schedule in order to get its call centre up and running to handle orders for its summer catalogue.

Savoy
A major £15 million development of an existing 26 acre holiday site.
The extension and refurbishment of 50 holiday lodges and demolition and new build of 63 new holiday homes of high standard, serviced by a complete infrastructure system of new water, electric, gas and drainage.
A new pool building and pool were constructed as part of the Leisure Centre upgrade.
The project was awarded UK Property Award 2006 presented by International Homes magazine.
PMS roles included Project Manager, Contract Administrator and CDM Co-ordinator.
West Bay Club
The Savoy has been sold and renamed The West Bay club.
Project Management Services are proud to continue their services for these excellent Clients, where there are a further new 33 holiday homes to build as well as a new bar and refurbishment of the sports hall.

East Cowes Marina
Contract Value: £1.2M
The development of a marina facilities building including showers, laundry and administration offices with five luxury flats above. A steel framed structure supported on a continual flight augured pile system.
